Since taking up triathlon last year I’ve been coached by Josiah for my first sprint tri, which was followed by a 3km sea swim, and an Olympic triathlon. I looked at training apps but found that it was all too easy to skip sessions and loose motivation. Then I came across a coach offering remote training and haven’t looked back since. Josiah’s experience in kinesiology and as an elite athlete has been invaluable in steering me through injury free training programmes that have brought me to the start line race ready. Josiah provides not only weekly training programmes for swim, bike and run but also essential strength training and guidance on race nutrition. Having a coach, who can be contacted through WhatsApp and social media, has motivated me to reach my potential and maintain the training regime needed to perform to the best of my ability. Josiah is now working to prepare me for my first Ironman 70.3 and I can thoroughly recommend him as your coach.
